The information below will be listed in our materials (including contact information). Bolded items are required.
 
To be listed as a Supporting Organization of the Texas Conference for Women, we agree to distribute the conference invitation to our membership by the following methods:
Distribute conference materials and invitations to our membership a minimum of three times. We will:
Provide our mailing list on disk (delimited text or Microsoft Excel formatted) with the understanding that the Conference will mail the list one time. Please email your file or mail your disk to our office at the address listed below and indicate the number of records:
Please email your mailing list to April Wade at awade@conferenceforwomen.org* by August 21, 2009.
Mail the conference materials and invitation directly to our membership. We will be responsible for postage and will need invitations.
E-mail conference materials and invitation directly to our membership. Our list includes addresses.
Distribute information in our membership newsletter. We send out newsletters.

 
Additionally, we will participate in the following ways:
Distribute conference materials and a one page flyer (to be provided by the conference and duplicated by us) to our membership.
Distribute conference materials at our event.
Distribute supporting organization information and conference materials to our sister organization(s).
Exhibit at the conference. Please send us more information on booth space.
Encourage our membership to join the conference newsletter list and on-line community.
Add a link to the Texas Conference site to our Web site at
